Ziphy is a mobile application that offers a straightforward approach to healthcare management. The app is free to download and allows users to schedule, manage, and pay for their healthcare appointments. It's important to note that the availability and nature of appointments are determined by the third-party care provider. Appointments can either take place onsite or in a virtual environment. In-person appointments involve a care coordinator bringing a diagnostic toolkit known as the "ZiphyKit" to the patient's location at the appointed time.
Upon downloading the app on their mobile devices, users can create an account and even add other patients to their Circle of Care. Ziphy securely stores essential user information like gender, date of birth, and address details. Payment for appointments can be made within the app using either a coupon code provided by the service provider or through a credit card transaction processed by a third-party provider (Stripe). It's worth noting that ZiphyCare does not retain any sensitive cardholder data, except for the last four digits of the card and its expiration date.
It is important to highlight that Ziphy does not generate revenue through in-app purchases but rather through practice management services offered to healthcare facilities under Practice Management Services Agreements.
